Meet Attorney David J. Pazzaglia, Esq.
Dave grew up in Southeastern Connecticut and attended Saint Bernard High School. He received his bachelor’s degree at Salem State University graduating cum laude where he played NCAA Ice Hockey. He subsequently received his J.D. at the Massachusetts School of Law. After practicing at a Boston Based firm Dave came back to Southeastern Connecticut where he started Pazzaglia Law in Niantic, CT. He is licensed to practice law in all State and Federal Courts of Connecticut, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court, Mohegan Gaming Disputes and Mohegan Tribal Court. Attorney Pazzaglia is a member of the Connecticut Trial Lawyers’ Association and Connecticut Bar Association. Attorney Pazzaglia was nominated as a 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023 Connecticut Rising Star by Super Lawyers, an award given to the top 2.5% of attorneys in Connecticut under the age of 40 in personal injury and workers compensation litigation. Attorney Pazzaglia was nominated as a 2018 Top Ten Attorney Under the Age of 40 in the State of Connecticut by the National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys. Attorney Pazzaglia was awarded as a 2019, 2020, & 2021, 2022, and 2023 Top 40 Under 40 attorney by The National Trial Lawyers in the practice of personal injury litigation. He currently resides in Niantic, CT with his wife and two daughters.

Attorney Albert L.J. Speziali - Of Counsel
Attorney Speziali represents injured individuals in all phases of personal injury litigation. He has handled a multiple of cases ranging from car accidents, trucking accidents, DUI accidents, dog bites, pedestrian accidents, fall downs, slip and fall, bus accidents and notably school cases involving complex governmental immunity legal issues as it relates to injured parties on school property. He has successfully briefed and argued multiple cases in front of the State’s appellate and Supreme Court.
Kimberly Acor - Senior Paralegal
Kimberly is the firm's lead Personal Injury paralegal. Kimberly has devoted much of her career working with experienced attorneys like Pazz Injury Law to help everyday people get justice when they have been through a traumatic life altering event. Kimberly is a calming voice during the day to the day operations of the firm handling your case. She currently lives with her husband and children in Ledyard, Connecticut.
Kyle Winniger - Senior Paralegal
Kyle is another well-experienced personal injury litigation paralegal on the Pazz Injury law team. She brings many years of experience in the legal field and has a keen ability to assist in developing your cases so it’s in the best possible position for a successful outcome. Kyle is always available to discuss any questions and concerns at any point during the pendency of your case. She has devoted much of her career to helping everyday people of our community and state get their lives back on track after a traumatic event.
Nathalie Heijkoop – Paralegal
Nathalie is a Personal Injury paralegal. Nathalie provides careful and compassionate support on many important cases and assists in handling case files, preparing court pleadings and forms, ordering records, scheduling hearings as well as meeting and interacting regularly with the firm’s new and existing clients on their cases. She has prior injury litigation experience and speaks multiple languages. She currently lives with her husband Greg in Essex, Connecticut.
